Welcome to CUP Entertainment ("CUP", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the CUP streaming service, including our websites, apps and all related features. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
Your CUP membership continues month-to-month until cancelled. To use the service you must provide a valid payment method (card, bank transfer or a supported cryptocurrency wallet). We may offer plans with different pricing, quality and features, as shown on our Compare Plans page.
Free trials are available to new members and last for the period stated at sign-up (typically 7 days). You may cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid charges. We may determine eligibility and modify or end trials at any time.
The service and all content are for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be shared outside your household. You agree not to archive, reproduce, distribute, circumvent security, or use any automated means to access the service. The number of devices you may use simultaneously depends on your plan.
Content available on CUP may change from time to time and varies by region. We use commercially reasonable efforts to describe content accurately, including maturity ratings and available audio and subtitle languages.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Profiles may be PIN-protected and given maturity limits through parental controls.
Payments made through cryptocurrency are subject to network conditions and confirmation times. CUP does not take custody of funds held in your external wallet. Vouchers and promotional codes are subject to their own terms.
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, CUP disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material we'll notify you, for example by email or an in-app message. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
